The objectives of RealtyStocks are threefold: 1) To provide the investment community with informational resources to become more familiar with publicly traded real estate stocks and mutual funds; 2) To provide analytical tools and commentary to help select such investments; *See Below and, 3) To provide real estate professionals with resources to improve their knowledge and find business opportunities.

In order to accomplish these objectives, RealtyStocks has five key elements.

1. Organization.
A unique and straightforward method of organizing hundreds of companies is utilized to enable the public to be more informed about real estate stocks. This effort involves grouping hundreds of stocks among real estate investment trusts (REITs), real estate operating companies (REOCs) and others into specific groups by property types or industries. It emphasizes relationships among different property type sectors and industries making the complexity of real estate securities and markets easier to understand.

2. Data, Links and Tools.
RealtyStocks provides links to constantly updated information (e.g. stock prices, news, articles, features, etc.) and analytical tools. This is useful to the investment community (investors, brokers, advisors, financial planners and others - for themselves or their clients) to become more informed about real estate stocks or funds and help select investments. It is also useful to real estate professionals (e.g. leasing brokers, managers, property brokers, lenders, accountants, and others) to find out about employment or business opportunities.

3. Contact Information. (Premium Service available now.)
This information enables a Member to contact companies and their employees by phone, direct mail or e-mail. The phone numbers and addresses we assemble on hundreds of firms is in a format that can be easily transferred into an address book or contact management software. Our contact information can help investors obtain company information directly and allows real estate professionals to learn about possible leads to various business opportunities.

4. Uniform Company Profiles. (To be offered soon.)
These profiles or "Sponsor Pages" allow a uniform way for real estate professionals to contact REITs for information (re: acquisition parameters, jobs, properties available for sale). It also allows investors to obtain information directly from these publicly traded companies (re: annual/quarterly reports, press releases, registration statements, etc.)

5. Analytical Links and Performance.

A summary of carefully selected data and analytical links from multiple sources are available for each realty fund (now) and each REIT(soon). Rankings by expense ratios, loads and performance are available for all realty funds. Included are profiles, charts, and current prices for both funds and REITs. The latter will have ratings (with earning estimates), financial data (dividends and historical data), home pages, etc. These links enable an investor or real estate professional to quickly find the most helpful information about either REITs or realty funds available from public sources. Although Company Profiles contain some of the same information, they are only available for Sponsors; analytical and data links are available for all REITs and funds.
