InRealty^SM - is a real estate Web site oriented to information involving investment and institutional real estate on the Internet, primarily by interests or categories. The geographic orientation is currently limited to North America and concentrates primarily on the U.S. It is comprised of two parts. One is a Commercial Realty Information Directory (CRID). The second part contains "Features" related to investment real estate including employment, the best Internet sites, information about associations in realty, etc. A third part is devoted to Research which contains data and information oriented to real estate investments. The objective of InRealty^SM - is to provide easy access primarily to U.S. commercial and investment real estate information and data that is buried on the Internet. We are creating a virtual library of real estate reference resources such as courses, events, news, newsgroups, publications, etc., which is mostly accessible for free. It is our hope to provide a vehicle where our users can do a better job at a faster rate, while enhancing their careers and those of other users. We also intend to improve the investment real estate content on the Internet. We are providing "Features" on our site which explains information available on the Web for certain areas (e.g. jobs and news) as well as by most of the major sources. The "Best Realty Sites" feature also recognizes those entities providing the best information and data sources, as well as encouraging others to improve. For those companies that need assistance, we can provide a variety of Internet Web and consulting services as well. Another goal of ours is to create a high volume site which will attract a large number of visitors so that our venture can be supported primarily through advertising fees.(TOP)
