For investors and stock brokers, obtain fundamental information, performance data and technical analysis on individual stocks to help you select investments! REMFsSM. This site covers Real Estate Mutual Funds and contains restricted areas for semi annual reports covering the top real estate stock holdings of over 30 different fund management firms. For now, it still provides some excellent access to market research by metro areas that is nearly impossible to locate on the Internet using the major search engines. DEFINITIONS OF MEMBERS
Corporate Individual. This classification is for an individual working for any private or public corporation or LLC / LLP. This includes REITs, associations, investment firms, brokerage companies, law firms, management companies and accounting firms.
Individual Investor. This Member is an individual who intends to use RealtyStocks as an individual investor. It can also include an individual who is self-employed or a sole proprietor such as an appraiser or broker who operates by themself, or with only a few employees, and is not an LLC or a corporation.
Academic. This is a student, instructor or college / university researcher. Members of ARES or AREUEA receive a $5 discount.
Sponsors. These are corporate members who want to take advantage of Ad Banners and Sponsor Pages at special savings. Please e-mail us about ad banners and sponsorship.
Corporate. These Members are corporations or companies that have an multiple employees in one or more locations that can access the restricted areas of InRealty and affiliated sites. E-mail us for more information about the advantages and fees for this type of Membership.
