REALTYBOOKSSM provides one of the largest selections of real estate and related books available anywhere! We utilize an easy to use organizational format to find a book for you to buy. Real Estate books are grouped in to three property types:

Commercial,   Residential,   Agricultural

Books are also available by approximately two dozen real estate

Subjects & Services.

Further, to accommodate REALTYSTOCKSSM and investors, we have a book section on
Investments and Securities.

Besides real estate topics, books on just about ANY topic can be found by simply using the REALTYBOOKS SM Search feature, available on the directory or any group page.

A unique aspect of REALTYBOOKSSM is that it corresponds to categories in InRealty'sSM real estate information directory and RealtyStockssm. If someone selects a book topic or category, they will be able to easily link to the (Re)Sources available in InRealtySM or RealtyStockssm. Therefore, REALTYBOOKSSM not only allows you to purchase books, it allows you to access on-line information resources in which you're interested and access to the sources of that information, such as associations, companies or government agencies. It also allows you to access stocks by property type or industry groups.

The books available in REALTYBOOKSSM are exclusively available in association with Amazon.com Books. However, we are open to other possible suggestions. Please contact us if you believe we should provide books, materials or other items that we do not presently provide.

In addition to books, REALTYBOOKSSM offers limited software through HomeBuddySM and Wessex with investment information through Zacks.


ORDERING A BOOK (TOP)

HOW TO BUY A BOOK ON-LINE
Just find the title of a book that you would like to purchase, click it and follow the simple instructions. You will be assisted in your REALTYBOOKSSM purchase through our association with Amazon.com.

DISCOUNTS
Many of REALTYBOOKSSM are discounted from 10% up to 40% off the retail price. If a discount is applicable, it will be stated and included when you purchase the book. Take advantage of these prices!

DELIVERY TIME
Most books can be shipped to you in 2 to 3 days. Rush delivery is available at an additional charge. If the book is a special order or not yet published, the approximate delivery time will be noted.

GIFT WRAPPING & NOTE
Books make great gifts. You can select from several different wrapping papers and include a personalized note! See several gift ideas and suggestions.

Is there a book you would like to see us sell that is not listed? Please contact us to let us know. If it is available in Amazon.com it will be easy for us to add. If it is not, we would still like to know so that we can consider making it available by another arrangement.

Be sure to include the exact title of the book and the author. The publisher and date is helpful but not necessary.
