Most Hybrid REITs have stronger positions in either equity or mortgage (debt). Therefore, Hybrid REITs are more closely aligned with either the Equity or Mortgage REITs. At this juncture, there are so few well-balanced Hybrid REITs that a separate group is not believed warranted. However, a list of Hybrid REITs including fundamental data and news is provided.
