The data above is based on a survey of the top 20 stock holdings of 45 real estate mutual funds (REMFs) for the first half of 2000. Most holdings were reported at the end of the first quarter or more recently. Mutual fund categories other than Specific Sector- Real estate or REMFs, such as Growth and Income, are not considered. Ave. Pct. indicates the average percentage of ownership by dividing the total percentage by the number of funds; not the total value. Ave. No. is the ranking for a stock based upon the average percentage. No. of Funds indicates the number of surveyed funds that own a specific stock. Members can obtain a list of the funds surveyed, ranked alphabetically and by average yields.
